Turmeric is an incredible herb

Turmeric is an incredible herb, beneficial for reducing excess inflammation. I love consuming it in food form and this recipe definitely caught my eye!
Today we are talking about Turmeric and how amazing it is!! Turmeric is great for supporting healthy inflammation in the body. You could always get your turmeric in a tincture or capsule form, OR you can add to all your foods because it is delicious. You can also make a mouth watering Turmeric Honey paste and enjoy a teaspoon a day. Here is a recipe we like:1/4 cup local, raw honey
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar {I used Braggs}
pinch of ground black pepper {to activate the curcumin}
**Consider doubling this recipe to make a larger batch!
